All documents submitted must be 100% authentic and in the format specified by us. It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure that documents are accurate, complete, and submitted within the deadlines.
Fees and Charges
Visa processing fees are non-refundable, even if the visa application is refused. Additional service fees may apply depending on the complexity of the application.
Processing Time
Processing times are approximate and subject to change based on consulate or embassy processing times and additional factors beyond our control. We cannot guarantee specific processing times.
Application Accuracy
The applicant is responsible for providing accurate and truthful information. Any errors or omissions in the application may result in delays or refusal of the visa.
Visa Issuance
We are not responsible for the outcome of the visa application. Visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the consulate or embassy. We do not guarantee visa approval.
Service Changes
We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions and service fees at any time. Changes will be communicated to the applicant.
Refund Policy
Fees paid for visa processing services become completely non-refundable upon receipt of payment. Once the fee is paid, we immediately remit it to the vendor to initiate the process, and it is non-refundable from that moment. Once the application has been submitted to the consulate or embassy, these fees remain non-refundable. Any additional fees incurred due to reapplication or supplementary documentation are the applicant's responsibility.
Liability
We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from delays, refusals, or errors in the visa application process. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
